Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2024: Registration Dates, Merit List, Allotment result

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), Bihar, conducts Bihar NEET PG counselling 2024, which will be conducted on November 14, 2024, on its official website (.https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/PGMACIndex.php)through online mode. Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2024: Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria

• Indian origin: Candidate must be of Indian origin
• Degree: Candidates must have obtained MBBS degree from any universities or institutes of Bihar recognized by MCI
• Domicile: Applicants who hold a valid MBBS degree from a state-approved college but are not permanently Bihar residents are also qualified for participating in counseling procedure.
• Age limit: There is no age limit to participate in Bihar PG medical counselling.
• Registration Certificate: A permanent or temporary registration certificate is provided by the MCI, the Bihar State Medical Council.
• Internship Certificate: Certificate of completion of required one-year rotating internship by June 30, 2024, at the latest
• Minimum qualifying percentile: Students must have obtained a minimum NEET PG cutoff score.

Counselling Process

Registration

The Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling registration is made available on BCECEB’s official website. Applicants can submit an online application for the NEET PG counselling if they obtain the minimum cutoff score. The following lists the processes for completing the Bihar NEET PG counselling application form 2024.

• On the official website, a link that opens the Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling registration will be available. When it becomes available, applicants can click on it to complete the counselling registration form.
• After registering, applicants must provide basic information about personal and educational, including name, date of birth, NEET PG exam roll number, email address, and phone number.
• After creating an account, applicants will need to login again and complete their personal and other educational details.
• The next step for applicants is to upload their passport-size photo and signature according to the guidelines provided on the Bihar NEET PG medical application form.
• After uploading their signature and passport-size photo, candidates will need to provide their educational qualification details.
• An overview of every filled-out piece of information will be displayed now on the screen. Applicants need to verify that all their details are accurate.
• Applicants will need to pay the Bihar NEET PG counselling registration fee in the next process. All applicants, whichever their category, must pay an amount of INR 2200 only.
• For the counseling process, applicants must download and print the completed Bihar NEET PG counseling application form.

Merit list

The BCECEB official website will feature the declaration of the Bihar NEET PG merit list 2024. The state merit list for Bihar NEET PG will include names of applicants who achieved the set NEET PG cutoff score. These applicants would be qualified for 50% of the state quota seats in the Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling.

Choice Filling and Choice Locking

Candidates must go to the choice filling step by logging into their accounts following the release of the merit list. They are able to peruse the directory of accredited medical institutions and specialties. During the time limit provided, applicants may enter and lock choices according with their profession. Since seats are distributed according to merit and preference order, applicants must carefully choose which options they want to prioritize. Upon completion of their selections, applicants must ‘lock’ their choices. By locking choices, you will prevent changes from making later and make sure all options you’ve chosen are taken into consideration when distributing seats.

Seat Allotment process

Bihar NEET PG 2024 counselling will take place online in two rounds, as per the previous session, with a mop-up and stray vacancy round following them.
