The Directorate General Medical Education and Training, UP, is authorized to conduct online counseling for MDS Admission 2025 as per the merits of the NEET MDS Exam 2024.The complete schedule of the round-wise NEET MDS counselling will be provided below, once available. To participate in the NEET MDS seat allocation process, aspirants need to complete the registration process.

UP NEET MDS Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have qualified the NEET-PG-2025/NEET-MDS-2025 entrance examination.
• Candidates who have completed their one-year compulsory rotation internship on or before 30 June 2025 for MDS.
• Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS courses from the Govt./Private Medical & Dental Colleges of U.P. are eligible for government state quota seats and private medical college seats.
• Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS from AMU, Aligarh, & BHU, Varanasi, are not eligible for admission in government state quota seats. Such candidates are eligible for admission only in Private Medical & Dental Colleges.
• Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS from outside of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for admissions only in private medical & dental colleges, institutes, and universities.

Registration:
For registration, visit the website https://upneet.gov.in and Enter details as required in registration format.
Security Deposit Payment
After registration pay the registration fees, security deposit amount
Merit List
Merit List will be released by UPDGME.
Choice Filling & Locking
For choice filing, visit the website https://upneet.gov.in and login by using the NEET Roll number and password created at the time of registration. Choice filing will not complete till candidates finally submit and lock their choices within the scheduled time. Choice Locking is compulsory; if not locked, then online allotment will not occur. No changes will be permissible after locking the choice.
Allotment result
After result declaration download Allotment letter by using the NEET Roll Number and password.
Reporting at Nodal Center/Institute
Candidates have to complete their admission process, including fee deposition at allotted medical & dental colleges/nodal centers mentioned in the allotment letter.

(2) NEET MDS 2025 Admit Card
(3) Mark sheet of BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd year, Final Year examinations
(4) Qualifying examination certificate, that is, BDS Degree Certificate
(5) Permanent or provisional certificate provided by DCI/Dental Council
(6) Internship completion certificate issued from the Head of the Institution
(7)10th standard certificate as proof of birth
(8) Valid Government Identity proofs (Driving License/ PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport or Aadhar Card)
(9) Physically handicap medical certificate, if required.
